The Project

Aiming for the standardization of service process throughout its brands, Third has developed a new service system for Dasa, called Projeto iNova.

The project included the development of a system for service at the units, whose main objective was to ensure that existing functional and procedural characteristics were maintained, as well as adding new technological and functional concepts by means of mapping all service chain process.
